Melissa Kiser, Founder of TC Masters

business to its next level.  I encompass eighteen years

of expertise in the industry, starting from ground level assisting

to mentoring agents and teaching licensing courses.  

 

My past experience includes:

- Broker contract compliance manager

- Teaching real estate licensing courses

- Being the sole TC for entire brokerages

- Implementing and growing in-house TC departments 

- Managing a portfolio of REO assets from eight different banks

- Overseeing eighty-five assets at one time.

Why does all of this matter to you? 19 years of experience in the real estate market affords me the ability to offer the highest quality transaction coordinating services in the marketplace today.  I've tried sales, hated it, you agents can keep it...I don't want to steal your client.  I know which lane I belong in, and while I do my fair share of disrupting the TC industry (see my Instagram) I do so with professionalism and a deep desire to support, lead, educate, and essentially raise the bar of the experience for the agent and client alike.

  • Review the inspection report and draw up the repair request

  • Stay in touch with the lender to confirm the loan is on track

  • Update MLS status

  • Remove contingencies

  • Verify your broker file is compliant ON TIME so you get paid!

  • Hang on to the file for many years incase that random document is needed later

  • No additional fees for writing contracts, even if they aren't accepted
